Stage 1: Before 

Factory 114 is a coworking/event space located in the Channel District in Tampa. As a small business owner, Andre needed a company that would be able to jump in and help grow the companies revenue. And that's what we did! Upon completely our 3x3 Business Growth Plan, It was time to implement the business growth strategies. 

Step 1: My Target Market

In step 1, we helped select and define the target market. It was a crucial first step in the business growth process. Having a defined target market was going to ensure that the marketing message reached the right market, which in turn increased our ROI.

  • After completing the "PVP Index" we found that the right market would be business entrepreneurs looking for event space to host their business events (classes, workshops, networking events, etc.)

Step 2: My Message to My Target Market

Most marketing messages are boring, timid and ineffective. To stand out from the crowd, we had to help craft a compelling message that grabbed the attention of his target market.

  • For the Google ad, the message was focused on emphasizing on the location of the space.

Step 3: The Media We Will Use to Reach My Target Market

Advertising media is the vehicle you’ll use to reach your target market and communicate your message. We decided to move forward with Google ads. One questions I always ask myself before choosing a platform is... Would my clients search for these services on Google? If the answer is YES, then implement Google ads. If the answer is no, don't waste your money on it. Now even if they do search for you on Google, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't also utilize social media.

Immediately after we have captured a lead, we placed them in our CRM tool where repeated contacts are made over time. We used this list to build a relationship, giving them value in advance of them booking the event space. This step was important to build trust and demonstrate authority in the event space field.

  • They were also invited to all of our private events hosted by Factory 114

Step 3: My Sales Conversion Strategy

Sales conversion was all about creating enough trust and demonstrating enough value to motivate interested leads to become paying customers. We helped to position Factory 114 correctly to make the sales conversion process easy and natural for both you and your customer.

Stage 3: After (Customer)

In the “after” stage our goal was to turn the Factory 114 customers into raving fans by delivering a world-class experience. Then we implement strategies to do more business with them and increase their lifetime value. We also created an environment where referrals continually come in. The goal of this final phase was to get the Factory 114 customers to trust Factory 114 and to book again in the future.
